MixChocolate Cake Mix

Yvonne’s Kitchen, LTD.’s  Chocolate Cake Mix can be used for cupcakes, single or double layer cakes, or doubled for use in larger cake sizes (baking time increases). 

 INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Salt,Vanilla.

 DIRECTIONS:

1.  Preheat oven to 350°F
2.  Grease and flour 10" round cake pan, or spray 24 muffin cups with a non-stick spray OR use paper cupcake liners in muffin tins.
3.  In a mixer bowl combine:
       ¾ C Oil
       2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
       2 C Cold Water
4.  Mix briefly, add contents of Yvonne's Kitchen, LTD.'s  Chocolate Cake Mix, and blend, starting out slowly and continuing until just thoroughly combined, about 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350° F for 50-55 minutes (see times below) or when the top is starting to crack and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Cupcakes (24) 25-35 minutes

10 inch round cake pan   50-55 minutes

Yield:

10" diameter round, or 24-26 cupcakes
