Pancakes Mix

Yvonne’s Kitchen, LTD. invites you to enjoy stacks of pancakes covered with your favorite topping; with the simplicity of a mix.

 INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Flour, Soy Milk (Tofu[Water, Soy Solids, calcium Sulfate], Maltodextrin [from Corn], Modified Food Starch, Sunflower Oil, Dicalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavors, [No MSG, No Dairy], sea salt, anatase titanium dioxide [a mineral for color], vegetable mono and diglycerides, Vitamin B12 [cyanocobalmin], Vitamine E [Mixed Tocopherols]), Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Coarn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Egg Replacer (Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Leavening, [Calcium Carbonate, Citric Acid], Cellulose Gum, Carbohydrate Gum, [Calcium lactate is not dairy derived. It does not contain lactose], Salt.

 DIRECTIONS:

1. In a medium mixing bowl combine Yvonne’s Kitchen, LTD.’s Pancake Mix and
1 C Water
2 T Oil
2. Whisk together.
3. Pour onto hot oiled griddle, or oiled skillet
4. Cook until bubbles cover the first side, then turn with frying spatula to second side.
5. Serve hot.VARIATION: After pouring onto hot griddle, add frozen blueberries on individual pancakes.


NOTE: Any leftover batter will still work the next day (may not rise as much).

Yield:

7, 5" diameter pancakes (use 1/4C batter), 
14, 3 7/8" diameter pancakes (use 1/8C or 2T batter)
