Waffle Mix

Yvonne's Kitchen, LTD.'s  Waffle Mix makes it possible to whip up the batter in minutes so you can have the time to let it bake and eat it. It is delicious alone and with many favorite waffle toppings, such as: strawberries & dairy-free whipped topping, dairy-free margarine and maple or berry syrups. 

 INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Flour, Soy Milk (Tofu [Water, Soy Solids, calcium Sulfate] Maltodextrin [from Corn], Modified Food Starch, Sunflower Oil, Dicalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavors [No MSG, No Dairy], sea salt, anatase titanium dioxide [a mineral for color], vegetable mono and diglycerides, Vitamin B12 ([cyanocobalmin], Vitamin E [Mixed Tocopherols]), Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Egg Replacer (Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Leavening [Calcium Lactate, Calcium Carbonate, Citric Acid], Cellulose Gum, Carbohydrate Gum, [Calcium lactate is not dairy derived.  It does not contain lactose]), Salt.

 DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat Waffle Iron.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Yvonne’s Kitchen, LTD.’s Waffle Mix and:
1 ¾ C Water
½ C Oil (or ¼ C Oil and ¼ C Applesauce)
3. Mix until well combined, don’t try to get all the lumps out, don’t overmix.
4. Pour mix onto hot, oiled, waffle iron.
5. Spread mix out to edges.
6. Bake as directed by Waffle Iron manufacturer, or until golden brown. (Usually 7-10 minutes).

Yield:
